                Niccos Gyros, mobile food truck offers traditional Greek Gyros.  Prepared daily, on vertical rotisserie. Protein of choice offering, lamb, veal, or chicken, optional condiments, onion, tomato, stuffed inside warm pita bread. Identifying my target audience, ages 21-65 will take require diligence, and extensive research materials. Food truck industry offers millions of options. Social media platforms are necessary, to generate positive exposure, and advertise products and services. Luckily there are variety of government resources at my disposal. Business.gov and the US Department of Commerce offer current market research in specific trades. Census Bureau, has compiled data to target, age, gender, family size, race, religion and among other facets. Studying psychographic will give me a better understanding of customer’s emotions, values and belief systems. Creating visitor surveys on company Facebook page, will provide valuable opinions and suggestions. Working action plan, organize focus groups with structured questions. Setting the bar high, providing quality content, sharing company values and work environment expectations.
                There is no such thing as perfect customer, however there are many criteria’s that should be targeted to better understand our customers. Simple questionnaires, provide valuable data for our target market. Understanding, pricing schematics, food quality, value indicators, and buying trends. Our guests are most valuable resource, understanding their demands must be our primary focus.  Knowledge of food truck market demographics, will establish key performance indicators, focusing on specific geographic territories. "Perfect" customer, will review us on social media, follow us on Instagram, and signup for our newsletter blog.
