          Niccos Gyros will  target specific customer bases, for promotions and exclusive offers to generate a buzz around our gyros, and services provided. As new startup we will focus first 6-12 months on warming up our guests. Category #1, incentivize, visitors to explore our site and read our content “About Us”. Promotional signups are warm leads, visitors have requested, to join our email listings, or newsletter subscription to obtain valued content. With this outlet, the goal is to measure the demand,  for our menu items and services. We want to be transparent organization, blogging and posting quality content for potential customers. Welcoming environment  is essential promote discussions forums. Providing advice, and fielding questions in timely manner. Niccos Gyros, will design loyalty program category. Tracking their purchases, making sure to show appreciation to all of our guests. Focusing on Farm to table approach, we want to promote healthy lifestyles. Seasonal options, will be important category for Niccos Gryos to focus our efforts. Testing new products, and promoting limited time offers will grow the business. Creating several informational links, promoting health and fitness, and Q&A options to discuss success stories and share opinions.
           As mobile food service, we understand that our customers want to get their orders quickly. We will start blog category, discussing mobile ordering and payment systems. Researching delivery services options, such as Door Dash could boost our sale potential. Life happens, guests may not always be able to come to our food truck so we will find a way to get our products to you. The more sales outlets we have to get our gyros in the hands of guests the more exposure we will build. Catering services is a category that we will explore in greater depth. Creating blog to share thoughts on demographics with our visitors, will be excellent indicator on proceeding into this channel. Local festivals and farmers markets is area of opportunity category that we will focus on in San Diego County. The more exposure we can generate for our gyros, building organic following is our mission. The more metrics that we can track the more effective we will be in the markets in which we serve
