             Niccos Grecko Gyros, has chosen 7 strategic Facebook pages, as favorites to grow my social media business. Locally selection, Carlsbad Farmers Market page stood out first, laying foundation for some grass roots business connections with local vendors. There is potential in future, to setup vendor tent and promote my Gyro Food Truck products and services. I have also decided to connect with the Chamber of Commerce, which I plan to register my business. This resource provides many valuable links, advertising space and community functions. Establishing and executing, successful business model, with quick access to small business public resources to reference. Lemon and Olives Greek Food Blog, is site for Mediterranean pages established to share Greek Cuisine recipes. Sharing family stories, and restaurant success stories, with direct focus on areas of opportunity. This page is great place to share knowledge, resources and work experiences, with others restaurateurs in the same industry.  Greek Corner CafĂ©, and Daphne’s California Greek, are local Carlsbad establishments that have been serving the local community, for over 10 years. Building business relationships and aligning strategic business partnerships, creating referral incentives to promote Niccos brand name and promotions. Food industry depends heavily on Social Media and ecommerce sites, for customers to review products, and services and generate new customers from positive feedback. 

Greek Street Food Truck, and Food Truck Saturdays are mobile food truck organizations, who are well established entities in SD County. They know exactly what it takes to be successful, grinding it out on streets, to stay competitive in their perspective markets. Cooking is a passion of mine. The Food Network, is one my favorite networks to watch. I am not professionally trained chef, and have learned most of my techniques from books, recipes and cooking shows. Food Network is excellent network showcasing restaurants, and celebrity cooks in their prime element. In order to excel in cooking you need to educate yourself, learning from pros, improving my craft with trial and error. Facebook platform has distinctive features and benefits to share valuable content, examine product development, and highlight industry standards. Facebook provides accessibility, to reach wider audiences by offering advertising and market tools, to draw potential customers to business profile. Facebook also has created virtual platform to address customer service issues with comment box feature. This also gives company, ability to produce timely responses to fans with encouragement and devotion to the brand. Consumers promote fan pages on Facebook for several reasons, to receive promotions and discounts, to gain exclusive access to content. Most importantly to educate themselves about products or services being offered. As consumer, I enjoy the fan pages so that I can show support for the company and the brand they’re promoting. The more information you can gather from customers online, you will be able to serve their needs more effectively and efficiently.
