            Visual media postings and blogs will support content for, Niccos Grecko Gryos, establishing effective social media platforms. Luna Grill  is excellent example, how direct product images, and video clips can grow the business. They have established, following 147, and 145 likes, as newly established franchisee in Carlsbad, CA, this is excellent start. The business homepage, offers exclusive content, for visitors whom like the page. In my opinion the profile designers main objectives, are setting standards with unique entrees, and focus on demographics of all customers. Healthy fresh ingredients and clean living is target market. Slogan that they want visitors to remember the slogan Eat Real, Eat Good.The images provided on Facebook capture friends and family enjoying meals together symbolizing connection between customers favorite’s meals, being enjoyed with most important people in life. Since each location has its own Facebook business page, they are work in progress, gaining more followers, and likes to their postings creating trustworthy and respectable establishment. Star ranking system tool, and comment boxes, help feel out restaurants strengths and areas of opportunity. 
Daphne’s California Greek, is local Greek restaurant, whom have 25,500 Likes, with 23,890 Followers implementing similar business strategy. High quality menu images showcasing their elite menu items, enabling guests to share comments and feedback, on their favorite meals. E club is voluntary signup option, offering exclusive discounts, and content that otherwise wouldn’t be available. This methodology has proven to be effective approach for repeat business, and sharing business page with family and friends. Brand image,  identity or face of the company keeping décor fresh will keep target audience engaged. Greek Corner Café has 158 Followers, and 158 Likes. Comments are posted on most images, and video content creating positive brand exposure. The main drawback is that they haven’t updated Facebook page in over year with new content. Also last comment posted was on September of 2017. Sea Fire Grill, uses similar strategy, posting high resolution images, to connect Greek Food enthusiasts. They have large following of 2,100 Followers and 1853 Likes. Sea Fire strategy is to treading upward, targeting top selling menu items. Generating buzz about food, getting consumers into the front door. When you establish emotional connection, to food you are almost guaranteed to keep a customer for life. These establishments, post every single week to introduce menu items, share promotional offerings and build followers through there comment boxes and newsletters. 
As startup food truck, we need to build a strong following, and offer unique products, with focus on retention.Trial and error process, monitoring images that gain traction online, is area of opportunity that will monitor and modify content as needed. Building our email listings, and getting as much feedback from our comment box, indicates the business health, of Niccos Gyros. We want to use media sources that assist in, monitoring specific metrics. The more we know about our visitors, the more effective we will be testing  products, and services, in the markets we serve.
