I have created 3 new scheduled postings which will become available at the end of this week March 16, @ 2PM. Each log has specific dynamic, aimed at educating our customers about health benefits of switching to Mediterranean Diet.   I have decided to use the Mediterranean Diet pyramid to show how balanced diet and exercise benefit the human body. The bulk of the diet consists of fresh vegetables, and fruit, also consuming water daily as primary beverage. I also included posting from SF Gate Newsletter http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/nutriton-gyros-4627.html is breakdown of the nutritional content of Gyro wrap with traditional lamb.
Our wraps are low in fat, high in lean protein content, and chalked full of fiber from vegetable options, and multi grain pita bread. Gyros are low in sodium content, high levels of vitamin A, C and provide over 437 milligrams of potassium. Mediterranean diet, has been long revered as the fountain of youth and expanding your lifespan. My objective from my newsletter will incorporate diet and exercise, in all of my visitors daily lifestyles.  Increasing brain functions, providing more energy, younger looking skin, and pushing your limits everyday striving for best you. As society we focus on how to cure diseases, when we should be focusing on preventative care, our greatest asset our health.
